What Is Covered?

Injury or Accident

If you're unable to attend due to injury or accident.

Travel Problems

Vehicle breakdowns, travel delays and transport issues.

Severe Circumstances

Jury service, severe weather, home emergencies and more.

Covered Reasons Include

  • Accident or bodily injury.
  • Death of an immediate family member.
  • Travel delays or vehicle breakdown.
  • Jury service.
  • Strikes, riots or civil commotion.
  • Adverse weather preventing attendance.(Unless the event is going ahead.)
  • Serious damage to home or business.
  • Event rescheduling conflicts.
  • Event cancellation, postponement or relocation.
  • Military deployment.

General Exclusions & Evidence Requirements

ALL CLAIMS REQUIRE SUPPORTING EVIDENCE. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE RELEVANT TO THE CLAIM.

  • Fraud, misrepresentation or concealment of information.
  • Concerns about illness without supporting medical evidence.
  • Feeling unwell without evidence from a doctor, hospital or other appropriate professional.
  • Failure to provide supporting evidence when requested.

Refund Deductions

  • Booking fee.
  • Ticket Protect fee.
  • Administration fee (£7.44).
