Everything you need to know before event day.
A simple guide to registration, start times, signage, feed stations and what happens on the day.
Once you have entered, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, all you need to worry about is being ready for the event.
All the important information is on the event pages. You will also receive an email around two weeks before the event confirming timings.
Parking opens at 07:00. Please do not arrive before this time, as you may not have access to the venue or parking area.
Registration, starting and finishing explained.
Please be patient while we get ready for your arrival. Everything you need is collected at registration, including your number and cable ties. Nothing comes through the post.
As soon as you have your number, you can go to the start for your safety brief. Start groups leave every 10 minutes.
As you cross the finish line your time is taken. We need to be able to see your number, otherwise you may not receive a time. Results are usually published by 13:00 Monday.
Follow the signs, choose your route colour at the split, and use the feed stations to keep going.
Long: before 08:00
Medium: before 08:30
Short: before 09:00
These are start-before times. You do not need to wait once you have registered.
You follow orange arrows around the route. At the course splits, your chosen route is colour coded.

After the splits, it is back to orange arrows for all routes.
Feed stations are free and there are up to three, depending on your route choice.
If you have food intolerances, please carry your own supplies. We cannot guarantee food is free from nuts, gluten or wheat.
Some food is vegetarian, including energy drink, bananas and crisps.
Follow the signs for the route you have chosen. After the split, all routes return to orange arrows.
