Choose the platform or device you use.
Syncing Strava routes to your Garmin device or phone can be complicated, so it is worth following the official guides.
RWGPS stands for Ride with GPS. It is a popular platform for cyclists, runners and outdoor users to plan, navigate and analyse routes.
You can import a GPX file into Komoot from desktop or mobile and then use it for navigation.
Komoot will convert it into a route or tour you can save and navigate.
Further information from Komoot is available here .
You do not need a navigation device — you can follow the routes directly from your phone.
During your event, you can go to your event webpage at ukvelo.co.uk and click the RWGPS button. From there you can find your location and follow the route.
This is especially useful if you get lost or do not have a navigation device with you.
We recommend downloading the RWGPS app before event day so you can follow the route on your phone if needed.
