You can view a full map of all the routes by following this link.

If you require a printed map, you need to download and print your own, there are no printed maps available at the event.

Although the routes are comprehensively marked with route arrows on occasion people move these signs, we suggest downloading the route to a phone or navigation device just in case you need route assistance on the day.

COURSE SPLITS and CUT OFFS

For the safety of riders and the sanity of event staff we must use cut offs, if you start your ride at the appropriate time and can ride at approx. 12 mph you will make the course split point.

On this event the cut off is at 1200 and 1400 , you must be at the 70 km and 122km point by then to continue the Long route, If not, you will be directed to the medium course, this affects the Long route only.

RIDERS ON ALL ROUTES MUST RETURN TO THE EVENT VENUE BY 1630

FEED STATIONS

We try to have a varied mixed at the feed stations, these will include: -

• Energy drink(vg)
• Water(vg)
• Flap jack
• Cake
• Bananas
• Crisps(v)
• Jellybeans or Jelly babies
• Tea and Coffee

Plus a few other things that we source as they become available, not everything on the above list will be available at every feed.

Please note we do not supply gels and we cannot guarantee the products do not contain nuts, gluten, or wheat, if you have specific food intolerances you will need to carry your own supplies.

Depending on your route choice will determine how many feed stations you have :-                                                           

• FEED 1,

  Strangways Village hall, Abbotsbury,

  33 km All routes.

• FEED 2,

  West Lulworth Village hall,

  84 km Long route only.

• FEED 3,

  Millbourne st Andrew village hall,

  114 km Long route, 82 km Medium route.
